Last updated: 10 June 2026
1. The service
Strata is a commodities intelligence platform for professional use, published by Marc Reverdin, sole proprietorship (ditta individuale), Italy — VAT IT17458801002 (mr@reverdin.eu). It provides market data, independent assessments, scenarios, signals and briefs covering the fertilizer supply chain and related commodities.
2. Accounts & free month
Creating an account grants full access free of charge for 30 days, no payment method required. After the free month, a paid subscription is required to keep access to premium features. One trial per person or organisation.
3. Subscriptions & billing
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe, at the price shown on the pricing page (excl. VAT). You can cancel anytime from your account — access continues until the end of the paid period, no refund for the current period. Enterprise plans are governed by a separate written agreement. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
4. Acceptable use
Your access is for your organisation's internal use. You may share extracts and PDF briefs internally with attribution. You may not resell, scrape, systematically redistribute or publicly republish the data or assessments without written permission.
5. No investment advice — no warranty
All content is provided for information purposes only. It does not constitute investment, trading, legal or professional advice. Assessments and scenarios are independent estimates, provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy or completeness. You remain solely responsible for your commercial decisions.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amounts you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including trading losses.
7. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where reasonable.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably falls under the jurisdiction of the competent Italian courts (foro di Roma).
